Planned right.Built once.
One broken valve or a whole backyard, Full Bloom takes both. Landscape design, construction and weekly care across Los Angeles since 1990, handled start to finish under one roof.
Landscapes, designed, built and kept.
Full Bloom designs new landscapes, builds them with its own crews, and keeps them looking right week after week. That covers the full redesign and the single broken valve, the new patio and the hedge that has given up. One company, one contract, no handoffs between trades.
Every job gets the same treatment: a straight answer, a written scope with a fixed price, and a start date. If it is a ten-minute fix, you will be told that too. If it is a six-week build, you will know what happens each week before anyone breaks ground.
- Weekly care
Mowing, edging, pruning and an irrigation check on every visit, with seasonal color and feeding through the year. One crew, one day a week, one monthly invoice, from about $1,000 a month.
Core service
- Design and install
A walkthrough, a drawn plan you can picture, and a written price before anything is built. Low-water planting, lighting and outdoor living areas made for Los Angeles summers.
Projects
- Irrigation and drainage
An audit of what you have, then drip where it makes sense, smart controllers that follow the weather, and grading that sends water to the beds, not the house. Most repairs within the week.
Systems
- Hardscape and pavers
Patios, paths, steps, driveways and retaining walls on a properly compacted base with drainage tied in. Design is included in the quote, so the price you see is the price.
Build
- Trees and hedges
Ficus and privet screens, olives, citrus and jacaranda: shaping, thinning and crisp hedge faces, plus removals with stump grinding when a tree has to go. Licensed and insured.
Canopy
- Commercial and HOA
Apartment buildings, condos, small retail and HOA common areas across the Westside and Mid-City. Scheduled visits, one bill across properties, photo reports when a board asks for them.
Portfolios
Four yards, four problems.
See the before and after-
Cheviot Hills backyard
A flat, unused lawn behind a 1930s house, with no shade and no reason to go outside. We built a paver patio off the kitchen, planted low-water beds around it, and ran lighting along the paths and under the trees. The family now eats outside most evenings from April to October.
Full redesign
6 weeks -
Brentwood front lawn
A thirsty front lawn, brown by midsummer and expensive every month. We took out the turf, regraded, and planted native and Mediterranean species on drip, with a smart controller that skips watering after rain. The water bill fell by half, and the yard looks fuller in August than the lawn ever did.
Drought conversion
3 weeks -
Mid-City fourplex
Grounds that tenants complained about and nobody wanted to walk past. We put the building on a fixed weekly route with the same crew each visit, irrigation checked every time. The complaints stopped, and the owner now gets one monthly bill and nothing else.
Weekly program
Second year -
Beverlywood hedges
A ficus privacy screen that had thinned at the bottom and sprawled at the top, leaving the yard open to the street. We thinned it, cut a clean face, and lifted the crown so light reached the base. Privacy was back by the weekend and the hedge has filled in since.
